mine 6700 Classic turns itself off fairly often. I've been on hold for a long time and then have to start all over again during 15 minute wait time or whatever. It's also infuriating when I'm using the navigation and go to look at directions but phone is off and then I have to pull over and wait 5 minutes for it to turn on and find satellite again.
Do I have a wrong phone or is it possible a firmware update or making sure battery is as tight as possible or any other thing might be the solution?
