Turning Flip videos into movies on Flip Share

I have made a few edited movies on flip share by clicking the create movie button. I had upgraded my flip share program to the one where you get to choose a magic movie or a full length movie (or something like that).

Well 1st of all the magic movie wouldn't even load for me and the full length movie worked and i hit create movie after I had added the credits and all that stuff but it never showed up and i did that a few times. Also when i do things that require loading or makeing things on flip share they always appear in the bottom left hand corner of the screen, but they havent since i upgraded.
